On May 13, Huo Qinghua, director of China Kingho Energy Group, signed a memo of total investment of 6 billion US dollars with Alhaji Mingkai, Lu Man Salei, the Minister of Mining Source Department at Freetown, the capital of Sieerra Leone, Pan Xiaodong, the temporary acting officer of Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone; Liu Yulin, the Economic & Commercial Counselor of Chinese Embassy in Sierra Leone; and Victor Fook, the new Sierra Leone Ambassador in China have attended the signing ceremony.
    The above investment majorly includes the construction of railway from Mabulaka to Su Lima, and related ports, roads, park zones and construction of supporting power facilities.
